I am a Customer Solutions Analyst who feels passionately about helping others utilize Tableau to its max potential!
The best part of my job is working with stakeholders to understand how I can use the tools available to help them see and understand their data through effective and beautiful visualizations! I’d like to do the same for organizations/projects that are interested in using their data to make a difference. I love traveling the world and experiencing different cultures! Therefore, I’m especially interested in partnering with an international organizations that provide resources to communities lacking access food, education, healthcare, and basic human rights.
I first discovered Tableau while working in in the manufacturing and supply chain industry. I quickly realized its potential to automate tedious manual reporting processes and advocated to deploy Tableau to the organization by gathering stakeholder reporting requirements, preparing data, building dashboards, and training users in order to maximize adoption.
At Tableau, I support the Customer Solutions organization by managing standard rhythm of the business reporting and by providing the analytics necessary to inform and empower business leaders. This role has called for using Alteryx and Tableau Prep for various projects requiring data manipulation and cleanup. A recent and ongoing project includes using Alteryx to pull and prep data from Gainsight (Customer Solutions Platform) and publishing the data to Tableau Server as a governed data source, enabling Customer Success Managers to create their own dashboards and perform analysis using the curated data.
